Marissa is a retired US Army officer, an Advanced Open Water and Adaptive Diving Instructor, and a disabled veteran. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Master’s degree in International Management.. She is passionate about improving the quality of life for disabled veterans and sharing her love of scuba diving.

Tom is a strategic brand marketing professional with expertise in brand platform management, experiential marketing, and digital media programing. He is a passionate visionary and innovator, having worked for such companies as British Airways, American Express, and Amazon. Tom is a lover of the sea and has used his love for diving as an effective treatment for his lifelong struggle with depression.

Dave served 15-years with the US Army/Army National Guard and is a service-related disabled veteran. He has been diving for over 20-years and appreciates how diving can benefit those living with physical and emotional injuries by providing them a place to experience peace and joy. Dave is the CEO of Grokit INC, a consultancy providing speechwriting and strategic consulting services to Fortune 500 executives. 

Ryan is a US Navy Captain and is board certified in Infectious Disease, Critical Care, and Internal Medicine. He is currently affiliated with: Naval Medical Center, San Diego CA; Scripps Green Hospital, La Jolla CA; Scripps Mercy Hospital, San Diego CA; and, the VA San Diego Healthcare System. As a career military officer and physician, Ryan is committed to keeping our military members- past, present, and future- as healthy as possible.
